2019 BMW 330 Wagon Lease

Looking into potentially leasing a 3 series wagon and I qualify for the group corporate sales thru work. The incentives for the lease are below in the pic. Are these applicable to the negotiated selling price or do I have to tell the dealer that I have this before we even start a conversation on pricing?

BMW Fleet has changed as of January and now it is an either/or with incentives. Generally if you qualify for loyalty or conquest, it will be better to use that with standard incentives instead of fleet.
