Doesn’t look bad for the vehicle, haven’t seen many examples Passport Touring leases though. Honda rates have been terrible, all the dealers in my area have been leasing them out with credit unions.
I’d probably just get an mdx and skip dealing with US bank or get a Highlander XLE for under $400

Know it applied on CRV just bought for son. The numbers are excellent.
I have the Passport also after several Pilots. Surprised that it is faster. A lot of vehicle for the money…enjoy it.
