Hi guys I got the 2019 AMG C43 coupe and would like to get your comments. I was a BMW owner since 2001 I finally got attracted to the 2019 AMG C43 coupe and this is my situation… I got the vehicle Dec 24,2018 month later the passenger window stopped operating I took it to dealer and apparently their is a software issue it’s now March 19,2019 and still waiting I’ve never dealt with Mercedes before and this might be my last lease with them they are horrible I’ve complained called and o one seems to give me an answer just that it’s in the processes to fix the situation does anyone out there know about C & E class vehicles having a software computer issue with the passenger window and I feel I shud get some kind of compensation for this issue I’m getting to the point where I can’t be civiil any longer … called finance and am waiting for a supervisor to discuss some resolution
Never had any problems with BMW this is a nightmare

Sure it is a bummer but that issue is not incapacitating the car
