Wanted thoughts on an offer I received for base Acura MDX MSRP of $45,295. They are discounting almost $7700 off the vehicle.
The deal is $485 a month tax included. 39/15k with $500 down (About First Months Payment). They are also paying my last car payment on my current lease and giving me a lease conquest of $1000.
What are your thoughts? Do you think I should wait till my lease is over and see if incentives get better?

I am in Houston, Texas and looking to lease 2019 MDX base with 36 months, 12k miles and first month down. Dealer is giving me this for $399 tax , title, license included. The money factor is .0021which to me is high. I have excellent credit. Is it something I can negotiate with dealer or it is set by Manufacture.

MF can be negotiated with dealer, but I would check the Edmunds forums for the MF and RV.
