Can anyone explain how the selling price on the basic quote is ~49000 but the payment is high based on mf and adjusted residual? And why the detailed write up seems different?
Thanks!

Looks like the lease selling price is $53,977 as it says under capitalized cost breakdown. Using this selling price I’m getting $637.xx with 1st payment and reg/doc up front (tax and bank fee in payment).

Thanks!
Any thoughts as to why the initial “basic” quote had the out the door price at $52,810 including tax of $2833?

Looks like a retail quote and that the selling price actually was/is $4k lower but, your lease quote looks to be based on $53,977.

This could become a good deal if you can get the original selling price of 50k

X5 doesn’t lease well at all. This looks like a pretty decent deal. SoCal dealer quoted me something nuts like 2500 out of pocket and $800/month on an ‘18 loaner with a 66k msrp.
