2018 Toyota Mirai Lease Deal

I’m guessing because of the hydrogen tech. These are expensive to fix in an accident! I have a clean record and generally affordable insurance, but I’ve been quoted as much as $50-$70 more a month to insure an Mirai than it costs to insure my Q50. That wipes out a lot of the savings!

You are 100% right! Lesson learned. Thank you.

Ssl? I don’t know what that us?

Not unless you commit fraud, its spelled out in the law specifically to not allow it

btw 399 including tax and zero drive off is a good deal, especially it comes with free fuel and you could get 5k back if you qualify

No 5k back unless I register in my sons name. But I do get 15000 miles a year and 420.00 in free fuel per month so with 399 payment I’m driving for free basically other than insurance.

I think when I looked at it in March, it was $399 but with 2K down. So at $0 down, it looks more attractive. Would this be enough to get rid of my RAV4 EV, not sure

Rav EV better ride and pick up but Mirai nicer interior but drives like a boat.

Just called toyota sf, 4K down 388 a month plus tax.

How many miles? I have been offered 15000.

Not sure I pretty much hung up at that price

Well, I’m pretty sure they won’t just give you a great deal right off the bat on your first phone call.

I just passed on my deal. Price was great but car didn’t excite me at the end of the day

Why am I not surprised? :grimacing:

I do not believe the high income threshold apply to fuel cell car for california rebate.

Apparently it does as well as they asked for tax and income documents for preapproval

So the Tesla or the chevy or a new thread now ?

I’m sure they are glad you passed too. They were stuck honoring their screw up.

Hi Cody, do you happen to know if there indeed is a high income limit for mirai california rebate? Mike

If I am reading this correctly, the income restrictions do not apply to Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles. Any other have insight?
