Owe $1100 on current lease that is being buried.

Monthly payment: $509
DAS: $2500
Tax included for Bronx county NY: 8.975%

Any good?

Effective payment around 480 a month without the negative equity. That’s not bad.

Had a base GT with fat worse terms paying 495 a month.

Making me feel bad!

I feel you could get much more than 4K off the car how many of these are sitting at lots, doesn’t hurt to push it a bit more

Not quite. $2500 DAS. $1100 of that for negative equity leaves $1400 DAS and $509/mo. Assuming it is 36 mos, that is effectively $548/mo.

Missed that part. Then this deal is no better than the bad one I had :/.

They offered me a 2019 GT base for 702/mo at first…then went down to 536.

Needs bigger discount. I got below 500 a month on my base GT with AWD and sunset yellow.

I will wait till summer. Needs more lease cash and discount. They were offering me a GT1 for $430 in September. GT should be less than 400.

Not if Kia is trying to upsell higher trimmed models because there’s more room to move on those.

Lower MSRP doesn’t necessarily equate to a lower monthly payment.

So I should look at GT1?

If it’s cheaper than the GT, yes. It’s a no brained to me.

Plus you get sunrooof, 8 inch infotainment, memory seats, and if you get the drive wise package a lot of safety equipment.

If the GT1 was cheaper when I got the GT, I would have chosen that.

Of course I would take a GT1…over a GT, but most of them are GT’s in our area, and GT2’s are in 800s, while GT1’s are in high 600s…and I feel like they will only have better pricing closer to June/July. I remember the time when they had almost 9k in lease cash.

I leased my base GT in Laurel back in April for 495 a month. This was when the car was still new and only had 4K in lease cash.

Just gotta keep looking.

Damn, Laurel is really close! Yeah, the guys at Hersons were trying to convince me $536/mo was a superb deal for a Stinger.
Of course…but have to wait for more lease cash either way.

They’re not really discounting the car. I got mine discounted 11 percent before incentives. Not that strong, but a decent discount nonetheless.

Kia dealers don’t like to discount.

They were giving me either 10 or 11k off msrp…for last quote. When I did the math, I was in mid 400s. Manager said he was using $4700 lease cash, and 0.00190 mf. Somehow they were at 536. They had some b.s 995 add-on.

Got to be honest couldn’t see paying ~550 /month for a Kia and its not even the best model. When I can get an infiniti, Lexus, etc for the same money or cheaper.

The quotes you are getting are insane after a lot of back and forth I got 2K drive off $570 with 7% tax included for GT2 RWD 36/12 in south Florida

570 is pretty good for a GT2. I would be happy with a GT1…has all that I need. Even the GT is fine. Ideally I would want it to be around 400/mo. It was possible in september, with $8700 lease cash being available.

I’ve honestly never seen 8.700 in lease cash offered on a stinger, but if they were offering it then, why not pull the trigger if the deal was so good?
