2018 Range Rover Sport deal?

,

Before I pitch my offer forward figured I’d get critique from you guys. As I’m new to this forum.

  1. RRS SE
    MSRP 71154
Was going to ask for 9% discount as it’s only a SE base model and 2018 - would make the sales price $
    65461

39/10
RV 58
MF .0016
NYC sales tax 8.875
2995 cash down

Brings monthly to 739.45
7849 due at signing

0 down at signing + taxes and fees gets me to 821monthly +taxes and fees (4900)

Do you think the dealer will bite?

Have you looked at any of the other deals on RRS (or even looked at other threads so you could have made a decent title)? A quick quick glance would say that this is an abysmal deal

Please put a useful title in the future.

Sorry about that. Will keep in mind for the future

Abysmal deal?

Dealer saying they can only cut ~4% off MSRP to get me to invoice :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

I think Invoice is 6%. But check out Edmunds for true price.

Update. Turns out this was a demo special / floor model with < 1k miles on it

Price I’ve gotten from dealership is as follow

Msrp 71415
Sales price 68154
MF .00165
RV 58% (40969.32) this is what dealer sent me doesn’t seem to add up tho

7700 DAS including Tax + 2995 down?
Monthly 826.73

Comments critiques?

I didn’t know it was a demo special. Want to ask them to take off some more perhaps 7-8% ?

Anyone with any suggestions?

I’d shoot for 10% off since it’s a demo. If you can wait, March is the end of the year for LR and the deals are better then.

awful deal but just to help you out

This is because demos are charged 30 cents per mile over 300, which lowers the residual by that amount
