Any insight as to whether this is a good deal or not would be GREATLY appreciated.

Residual is .60 % of original MSRP
Residual value $17,094 (plus taxes and fees) if you chose to buy out the vehicle at the end )

Money Factor is 0.00031 (yes the number of zeros is correct)

That’s an effective 381/mo on a Touring. There have been others on the forum that have scored the GT for less than that in the last couple months. Dealer discount is a paltry 4%

Wow that’s a lot of money for a CX-5, try aiming for $315-$320 a month with zero das. I recently leased one and it came to an effective payment of $316 zero das.
