I can take this - no. The Portland area BMW dealers will handle registration and charge you for it, then mail you your plates. Happens all the time.

I think all Portland dealerships are good, totally depends on the timing and people you are dealing with. there are WA dealerships who give decent discount, but not those close to Seattle

There’s a dealer here that has 5 M3 Competition in stock, but not willing to come lower than 5% off MSRP. I don’t get it.
