Been going back and forth via email to find an AWD Red Sport, Black on Black, with just the Sensory Package. Current quote is for a “company car” with about 850 miles on it. Thoughts?
MSRP: $57,550.00
Sales Price: $50,970.00 (Includes $995.00 dealer adds)
Minus dealer adds, roughly 14% off (Will shoot for up to 20%, especially with the miles)
Cap cost reduction: $0
Acquisition Fee: $700
Miles/yr: 10K
Residual: 55%
Months: 39
MF: 0.00003
Document Fee: 0
License/Registration Fee: 340
Sales Tax: 1.2% (Included Tax Credit which drops from 6.25% to 1.2%)
Monthly Payment (w/tax & fees as quoted): $557.57
Drive Off: Not sure based on quote but could be $0
I would love to be in the low $400’s with paying taxes and fees upfront. What does the 850 miles do as I don’t think it would be a “demo” right?
I saw that thread. What was your sales price? Same residual and MF? I’m assuming you received a tax credit correct? If so, it knocks the tax down to 1.2% correct?
Since you are in Texas as well I’m just trying to do an apples to apples comparison. My current Lexus RC350 lease doesn’t end until 2/21/2018 but I’m inclined to negotiate this deal as I know tax credits can be hard to come by.
Not to mention an AWD Q50 RS 400. Will probably move back home to Chicago during this lease so AWD is a must and inventory in Dallas is tight currently.
MSRP= $58,210
Sale Price = $47,750
Residual= 56% on 39 months

Dealer also threw in data dots (anti theft), window tint, and nitrogen in tires.
Score = 10.7 years
@CubsWS2016 and @jon1, can you please explain how the sales tax credit works? Is it limited in quantity, specific to dealer/brand? Do you get it only when you lease vs. buy? I live in Texas too and trying to figure it out.
