You already to a good discount on the Odyssey. The numbers aren’t good because of the RV and MF, which are determined by Honda. A broker can’t help much.
I responded to his PM, this is pretty good for the car if hes dead set on it. 39 months will be slightly better, but you can get a loaded Pacifica for almost 150 less per month. If he wants the Odyssey Elite lease, then he should take this deal. Personally, couldn’t bring myself to pay 150 more.
The leather is different on Pacifica Limited trim vs other trims. I wonder if your wife might find one or the other seat materials more comfortable.
Also, one person can have a car that seems to be in the shop all the time whereas others may not. I had virtually no issues with a Ford Flex whereas my neighbor had the same vehicle and wasn’t so lucky.
Saving $150/month on the lease for what may be a better equipped Pacifica would surely give you the ability for a rental here and there should your Pacifica prove unreliable.
I have a Pacifica- previously had 3 Sienna’s and 2 odyssey’s. Loved the Pacifica until this week. I have had a few minor problems with the screen and technology but didn’t think much of it until now. Car died while I was driving- just completely stopped in the middle of the road. Driving a rental now- Chrysler says the recall will not be fixed until May/June. Do not get a Pacifica!
Is Chrysler paying for the rental? I believe the recall is limited to some 2017 Pacifica minivans. Sounds like your VIN is one of them. 2018 models may be okay.

It is limited to certain VIN numbers, for now. It is such a new problem I would imagine more will be recalled. Just seems like a big risk, not one I am willing to take.
That happened to my wife’s Routan (And a neighbor’s Routan) at about the 1 year mark. There was some ignition control piece which was replaced to fix it. [I think there was an eventual recall on it, but ours was replaced under warranty before the recall. The Routan was the previous Chrysler van which VW licensed from them. Was happy to get rid of it.]
