I called Ford Marketing and they said no - nothing for me.
I asked why others were receiving PCO and I can not.
Especially for a first time Ford buyer !
Usually PCO get sent out to current ford customers

I was on the Ford website earlier and when I clicked the link to look at the 2019 Ranger I got a pop-up for a $1,000 PCO. Filled out the form and I saw it in my email in a few minutes. Not sure it will work for everyone, but worth a shot.
