How bad is this lease deal and if there is any room for improvement on my end.

I believe the lease incentive is $1200 so your discount is 11%, with just first payment DAS your payment would be $397. Getting a little pricey for a CRV but this is pretty “loaded” being a Touring. MF looks to be at buy rate. I doubt they’ll go any lower, they do have a high a doc fee, you might ask for that off. Being a Honda you might have equity at the end.

The sales consultant did say it was the best they could do and we parted ways.
My wife and I felt the price was just too high for a CRV.
