Does anyone know when the 2018 Volt coming out?

GM has not yet announced an official release date for the 2018 Chevy Volt. That said, production is expected to begin in July 2017, which would likely result in an on-sale date in August. Stay tuned for updates as they become available.

Yes you can ask for $5000 off. You can also ask sexy Pamela for a date. She’ll probably say no, but at least you asked.

But Pamela is more likely to go on a date with you if you have a Tesla or Corvette and less likely if you have a [prior model year] Volt.
