2018 Chevrolet Traverse AWD High Country (Dealer Demo) $629 mo + tax $1,300 DAS

Here we go again, please don’t spew the “if you’re not in the market for this car, don’t comment.”

You posted in the marketplace and people are going to chime in on what they think of the deal. Dealers and brokers get called out here all the time for bad deals.

Yes the Traverse leases terribly, yes inventory is tight, but you’re asking almost 700 dollars for a 53k car with almost 5k miles - on a top trim model. Just think about that for a second.

And if you guys really can’t keep these on the lot, I highly doubt you need post here for a leasehackr to take your deal, I’m sure someone will walk in and take it (feels good when someone tells you not to post, right?).

I thought this Category was for dealers to offer our deals. This is not a debate forum is it? The reason we post here is to advertise not to be debated or bashed. I could be mistaken. I hope I can help out the true Chevy fans that visit this website. Thank you for you input : Supakimchee, jerryjrehill, mp114776h1, BoardWalkNJ6h, 28firefighter

i’m all for posting deals, i worked in the business for 7 years. If you’re not going to post a price of net net on a demo on this site, i think you are wasting your time. People on this site a very well informed and expect a deal, that car has about 9% in it including holdback, just saying. It’s a used car now. Any gm employee could walk in and buy a new for less than the price posted.

Uh oh… He used the “H” word lol. Might be onto something regarding the “used” part though. If you follow this formula for pricing demos a selling price of around 47k seems more appropriate.

Doesn’t really help much, these just don’t seem to lease well.

well in my state of colorado, anything over 1500 miles is used, plus the warranty clock has was already started.

I’m totally ballparking the mileage too. He said “under 5000” so there’s no RV decrease to bake in, and if the owner was driving it for 6 months that probably means it’s at around 4900 or so. Might as well get the most out of it before it becomes a problem. TBH this is probably a decent buy option vs lease if you could get it for 6k off before incentives for a new model top trim SUV with a lot of cool features, especially that saddle interior.

Maybe this deal isn’t for everyone, but I can ASSURE EVERYONE that people have paid WAY worse for this car.

Oh I’m sure in parts of the country these are selling or leasing at sticker with little problem brand new. Then again I just found at least two in Jersey that Carjojo is showing 7500 off sticker before incentives.

You are mistaken. Please read the posing guidelines. This is not a place you can post and expect zero feedback. If it was, replies from anyone would be TURNED OFF by the moderators.

This is not a place to bash, people will evaluate your deal though.

Maybe it’s a decent deal (sure doesn’t seem like it on the surface) but the same can be said for literally every deal posted on here.
