I worked the following deal from a Toyota dealer in Socal:

2018 Camry LE with light options
12K a year / 36 months
MSRP $26,344
Dealer Discounts $2,803
Lease cash $1,250
Sales Tax $1,736
Registration $226
Doc Fees $80

$0 drive off
$228 per month for 35 months

I tried inputting their numbers in the Lease Calculator but I don’t know how they got to $228 per month.

I verified the total lease cost is $228 x 35 months = $7,980

Is this a good deal?

Assuming 7980 is ALL you are paying (no trade):

7980/36/26.344 = 8.43 LVR so overall a great deal.

However, the sales tax number cannot be correct. CA taxes the monthly payment only.
