Selling price is 48920 including $1000 fleet discount
Total out of pocket $973.50
Monthly payment including 7% NJ tax is $659
36 month lease with 12K per year.

You’re getting less than 10% off. Try to go for a bigger discount. Now, the coupes generally don’t get discounted as much as the sedans, so it might be hard to get ~15% off. Also, have you tried looking at the '17 models? I’m sure you could save a lot of money by going for “last year’s” model.
And as iKevyn said, we would need more numbers to determine where you have room to negotiate. Dealers usually mark up their Acq. fee and MF.
Can I ask which state you’re in?
The MF is .00090 and the acquisition fee is $995. Also, I forgot to mention that they included 3 yr maintenance in the price. I am in NJ, dealer is in NY. I appreciate you help.
seems like a very high monthly. no where near the 1% rule
OP, do you need a coupe and do you need a new one? If you sign this deal today, how will you feel in 6 months when you know you could have gotten a 2017 C300 demo sedan for around half that much per month? Availability might not be that great in NY/NJ area, but there are some aggressively priced demo C300s in MD:
