I’m working with a dealer in SoCal and they advertised this car for $89.00 per month with $2500 down plus fees. It looks like they are doing some funny things with the number but it’s hard to tell. Can you let me know what you think?
Market Value: $26090.00
Discount Savings: -2,901.20
Vehicle selling price: $24188.80
Doc: $80
License/Title: $410
Weight Fee: $8.75
Acquisition Fee: $650
Tax on Collected Items: $718.43
Total Cap: $26055.98
Down/Cash Cap $2366.86
Rebate Savings: $5400.00
Net Cap $18,289.12
Base Payment: $121.87 x 24 mos
Tax: $11.27 (9.25%)
Total: $133.14
But if u do the math pre-tax the monthly including the $2500 equates to $194. Tax shouldn’t be more than $19 but would be $212. If more rolling in drive offs than something is a miss. They probably come back the one advertised was sold. Then tell then to discontinue advertisement because it’s considered false advertisement and not legal.
If you have a competitive (non GM) lease in your household, as well as Costco… I could help you get an Encore here in SoCal. We are running a 2019 Terrain SLE special here in SoCal:
$149+Tax
With $1,499 Total Due At Signing.
This would include ALL taxes and/or fees. All on approved credit of course.
That’s not a good deal on encore. But with encore timing is a big factors depending on what rebates they run that month. @mani_is_kool is king encore … he can prob give you good idea when to get one
Historically, the highest rebates are seen in March and April, but there is no guarantee on those returning. @BiggL you mentioned your Terrain deal, since OP is in SoCal, can you share Encore details?
