Got this quote from a dealership which is just 3% off MSRP, also looks like they marked up the MF. I am shooting for about 12% off on MSRP and base MF. What’s the best way to start negotiation? I tried to negotiate over the phone but they keep insisting to visit the dealership for more discount.
I personally feel that email is better for communication/negotiation. You should also expand your dealership radius and perhaps try to find loaners?
