Make sure to include what incentives are being included in this deal (I’m guessing lease cash and conquest/loyalty), and which ones can be stacked to make it better (ie OL, USAA, college grad, etc)

Probably also worth noting that loyalty and conquest aren’t the same on the X2. Conquest is only $750 this month

I have not seen a .00142.
Bmw tells us it’s .0030 off of the standard .00177

MSDs reduce the MF by .00005 so it would be .00177 - .00035 = .00142. Do you work at a BMW dealership? Incentives, MF, etc is all pretty standard stuff so they should be sharing that with you

Due to the miles, the 36 mo. was more advantageous than the 24.
