Sales tax is taxed incentives and any cap reduction, oh doc fee gets taxed too.

For the folks that were questioning my prior posts stating that better deals on the CS were possible, please see the OP’s first post and see the sales price. Told you so!

Dear OP, get them to knock down the MF increase to the base rate.

That’s a good deal but I agree on bringing the MF to buy rate.

Also, check if you can attend any BMW driving events in your area for an OL code for an additional $1000 off

That’s an awesome deal even with the marked up MF. Nice work

You are a prophet

Thanks for the advise!

No problem. Is the dealership Steve Thomas by any chance? I got a quote for the same selling price from them but with a base MF. I can refer you to a salesperson there if you’d like.

I’ll be signing soon for a CS as well but the dealership is in the midwest. I’ll post details when finalized but it could quite possibly be the lowest payment thus far of all the CS deals i’ve seen here and on bimmerpost

How is your drive off not $9500? You have to include your security deposits, you can’t drive off without them.

Is this the better deal you are talking about in the other thread? This deal is largley possible because of the inflated MF.

No, this was not “the deal”. This example reflected that better deals were indeed possible as compared to those previously posted. That was the purpose of my comment here.

I ended up with a better deal and MF at market rate. Thank you guys for all the feedback and recommendations!

Been looking for ways to get a deal on an M3. Any suggestions? seen your name on a few of these threads.

Today I’ve tried to call all the dealers between PA/NY/NJ and I got nothing under $800/month.

Those dealers must want to start a museum of cars with the M3 CS being the center piece. As recently as today, a broker has said that he’s got 15% off before incentives. Search is your friend.

Every dealer told me that is impossible selling the car for less than $900 with $0 out of the pocket…

Then try @nyclife’s services.

I’m actually in California and looking for a base m3
