2018 BMW i3 REx in NY/PA/NJ - pull ahead / stacking offers

I may pull ahead my current i3. That deal was great - a loaner lease @ $240/mo.

After seeing all the recent hubub about the 2017’s that were lapped up, I’m now looking. 4 months left.

Found one that I like in NY, willing to go to PA/NY/NJ:

2018 i3 REx

24mo / 12k

57695 MSRP
7.7% discount right off the bat, 53245
-7500 tax credit
-500 USAA
-2000 loyalty
-1000 OL code
=42245

63% residual / .00166 MF

I’m in PA - tax only on the lease payment.

I’m getting $400/mo with the calculator above.

What should I be going for in terms of % off MSRP? And can all of those offers be combined? I’m not aware of any other offers I could qualify for. How much lower is the MF on a one pay?

Can I pull ahead into a new lease that’s one-pay instead of monthly, or would it have to be a separate deal?

The USAA credit is easy to get and comes off upfront, should I stick with that or pay $134 to get the CCA membership and the $1000 post-sale rebate (extra $366 off)? If I pay the $134 and don’t complete the deal it’s non-refundable.

After having had the i3 for a few years, some advice for anyone who recently got one: budget for tires

$400/mo is too high for any i3 imho. I am on my second i3, so I’m no hater.

The market values this car below the Bolt and Leaf–Doesn’t matter why–So I would only agree to a deal that’s less than the average Leaf/Bolt leases. Use the market sentiment to your advantage.

I agree. At the end of the day I still think BMW is using the i3 to improve its CAFE numbers (especially with the REx and tank being crippled as standard configuration) and as a test bed for a new technology, and the numbers should reflect that to the consumer.

I found a service loaner at another dealer and they priced it $700 under my OP which was a new one. “The deals today on the i3’s are not quite what they used to be” is the line they gave me. Oh for sure they were 21% under MSRP, but were claiming they used the $2000 loyalty and $7500 tax credit to get there. Thanks but no thanks.

Is it poor form to email other salespeople at the same dealership to see if they’ll give me a better price? Or more to the point, am I in their CRM as having made contact, so another salesperson would see that and send it back to the original one?
