Hi, Is the lease deal still available?
This is why a dealership that sells 400 new cars a month only has 2 i3’s left in stock. 
not sure if it was a deal or my negotiating skills!
got competing offers from nearby dealers and asked them to figure it out at $300/$3000 and after 3 hours, they did!
Wondering if you can share dealer information or any tactics you used for this deal.
I tried and followed great deals but none of them were successful.
I wasn’t even get close to the numbers posted here.

Those federal and state rebates are included with this lease? Thought the amount of rebates are depending on one’s income and can apply when he/she files taxes.

federal was automatically applied at the dealership. Technically, they get the full amount and calculate it as part of your downpayment. The CA and PGE I applied as soon as I got home. That will be sent to me directly.

I feel like the December 2017 lease deals on the ‘17 i3 were better. I got mine for $289 w/ taxes, ~$1000 at signing in Fluid Black w/ tech and parking.
Would there be a lease takeover market for my car? I’m thinking of getting something more family (2 small kids) appropriate.
I’m sure you could find a takeover for that. I’m around the same on a 2015 and I’m looking to get a new one soon, so I might be interested myself.
@uncledave what time frame are you looking at for a takeover. I haven’t really decided yet though. PM if interested and we discuss more.
The math doesn’t add up. Your calculation shows $11,300 rebates + incentives. It looks like you could have gotten $14,300 maximum rebates and incentives.
Also you could have joined bmwcca and get another $1,000 post sales rebate. If you don’t need cash back, you could wrap additional $2,800 to down payment to buy down monthly payment substantially. Just my 2 cents.
