2018 BMW 530I Loaner 4k miles $527 a month zero down Good Deal?

MSRP: $55,080

Sale price: $46,488

10k miles per year lease with $0 down

36 months = $527 plus tax

MF: .00156

Residual: 61% ($32638.80 adjusted for miles on car)

$527 plus tax = $577 36 months

loaner. has 4k miles on it.

Thoughts?

Residual and MF look good. Payment is still a bit high IMO. I’d try to get another percent or two off MSRP

it should be $480-500 incl taxes.

what can he lower to hit that range? biggger drop in % off msrp and lower mf?

.00156 is the buyrate MF, so that cant be lowered.

Even loaner 5 series and X3, are tough to get 1% out of them right now. No MSD’s and low and non stackable incentives killing good deals. There might be back end trunk money, but that sucks since the public can’t find out about that. BMW, is better off offering that back end money to the consumer if they want to move cars. Dealers w backend money just keep it and sell to uninformed customers who pay more.

Good payment! The best I was quoted on a lonaer 540i was $829 a month.

MSRP $55k
Sale price $45,688
36 months
10,000 miles per year
$700 drive offs
$483.38 plus tax.

Hi all- Seller dropped the price. Any thoughts on this?

17% off is pretty strong for a 2018. Is that inclusive of incentives?

I don’t believe I am getting any incentives. I don’t have loyalty. What incentives should I be asking for?

I believe there’s 1k lease credit on 5 series. 2k loyalty. You can check the BMW new car program thread @BMW_Dave posted. I wager they have the 1k mixed into the reduced selling price, but it’s worth checking. Ask for break down of selling price, fees, etc.

Ok Thank you Suki. appreciate the input.

That’s a great discount. Most of my best loaners right now are in the 11-12% range. The market has corrected itself quite a bit in the last couple months.

@CaliTrojan did you price out a 24 mo lease? maybe the residuals work out better.

I did not. Let me try that out. Thanks!

Look at this deal I would take it ASAP wouldn’t think too much about it

I would check to make sure if you are eligible for the below that you get it:
-$2K Lease Cash
-$2K Loyalty
-Corporate Fleet ($500-1500 depending on the Company)
-Recent College Grad/Military

Also, I received a $1K rebate instantaneously when I entered this sweepstake for new BMWs but you have to live in the NE - http://skistmoritz.eventsbmw.com

thanks empire. will check it out
