Msrp: $45,100
Total suggested price: $46,285
Gross cap cost: $45,100
Cash cap reduction: $3,500
Adjusted cap cost: $41,610
$500 down
NOTE: dealer is making last 2 lease payments on current car ($400x2)
Residual: 57%. / $26,382
Payment: $536

No real reason to put $3500 down, think of each $1k as $30 a month. So your real monthly is around $630-640. I feel like I’ve read the standard discount on new BMW’s is 7% before incentives.
45,100
-3,200 (~7%) Discount
=41,900
Add incentives, I think it’s 3k this month.
-3k
So sale price about 38,900. Add whatever taxes/fees they’ll add on.
Run the rest of the math. Before fees/taxes I get 475, it will more than likely be closer to $500. Add 800 for your car…You could see if they bite at $510? I feel like if this is a 430 GC at this price it’s gotta have like no options?
I countered the dealer with $515 per month. That’s with $500 out of pocket and with the dealer making the last 2 lease payments on my Acura. That’s another $800 the dealer eats. We shall see.
Then look elsewhere. How much is to ship a car from the burbs of nyc? I guarantee it’s worth it than to lease a car essentially at msrp minus incentives.
