Congrats, but I really don’t think this deserves 2 almost identical threads in less than 24 hours…

You are right. I will take this down.
Edit: Can’t seem to figure out how to remove it.

payment in the title says $423, your post says pmt $465… which was it?

Thanks.

Sorry, it was $465 including my previous 3 series 2 months payment. So if we don’t include that then $423.

Great deal!

How did you get them to give you the discount plus the incentives. I’m working on a similar car (MSRP 47,895) but they wont budge and cant get the payment below $470 + tax with $3000 total due.
36 months / 10k miles per yr

I’m in Miami where ppl rather pay 1000 dollars for a car and live with their parents that maybe why.

How was there no residual hit for the miles ? or did you add it to the sales price

Take a weekend trek up north to Atlanta.

This is a Loaner car that has < 4000 miles. I know here in CA I was able to get 10% off MSRP before incentives on any new BMW. So obviously would want more discount on MSRP of a service Loaner. So, I asked them if they can beat KBB value of this car and they did. In fact they also did not change the RV for this car, it was still 56%.

No I did not add it. I know usually RV drops down to ~53% depending on number of miles on SL cars but surprisingly the dealer kept it at 56%.

RV stays the same…until its greater than 5k miles. nyclife was regarding the RV value:dollar adjustment. LH should update the calculator to allow manual RV in dollar amts aswell.

To me, adjusting the RV by a dollar amount is not what I would call the RV staying the same, it’s just not an adjustment to the base RV.

You can adjust the RV to any percentage you like in the calculator. It’s easy enough to do after calculating the dollar amount change.

Actually is correct.

Under 5k there is a dollar value adjustment.

Over 5k there is a dollar value adjustment coupled with the residual actually lowering 4-6 points

You could be correct.
I assume the $ value adjustment is 25 cents per mile?

Yes, I was referring to RV changing as a dollar amount adjustment. I see now that he mentioned that.

Yes that was what I was referring to, leasehackr calculator doesn’t incorporate that, so your discount may actually be more

I’m interested, how do I contact you?
