Your logic is sound but we verified not the case because simply transfers and it does not involve a new sale. Another broker above transferred one outside of the great state of Ohio and there was no issue!
Is pending, but will take a backup offer as it has fallen through once before after the credit app. Thanks all!

I am interested but I am in Texas (they charge taxes up front) so I would think I need to pay taxes when I go register. How will that affect the monthly payment?
