2018 BMW 320Ixdrive Loaner Lease -Pls advice

Hello this forum seems to be useful. pls advice if the following deal that I got from a dealer is a good one, or should I still negotiate.? If I need to negotiate how much I can… I’ve time & not a desperate buyer…
2018 BMW 320xdrive, It is a Loaner car & has 4200 miles on it.
MSRP : $39,390
Sale Price: $34,400
Lease Period: 36 months
Miles : 10,000 miles/yr
Down : $0
Monthly payment : $375 ( This includes everything, PA Taxes, Tittles, tags & all other fees).

Is this a good deal? or Should I still Negotiate, Sales person says that they already included $3000 lease credit + $500 employee discount…What other discounts that I’m missing which I can them…
Thank you in advance !!

I got a ‘17 330i xdrive loaner for $350 per month.
MSRP roughly 48k. Are you set on a ‘18? Not much has changed for 2018 I would say you could do much better if you could find a leftover ‘17

An 18 should have 4K lease credit

@rmfrancik - I’m open to 2017 models as well. pls PM me the details of the 2017 model that u stated, so we can talk.

The math does not work on this. Either the sale price is incorrect or the msrp is not right. With only a $5000 discount from msrp, and a lowered residual due to the miles, the car should be nowhere near that cheap. You have $3500 in discounts meaning the dealer is only offering $1500 off a loaner?

It could be that he is getting 5k in dealer discount and then 3.5k on top of that

@jananth1 - you are right… thats what exactly he mentioned. 5K+3.5K discount. Is that a good deal? Is there a place for negotiation… ?

12.5% is not great at all for a loaner. The agressive hackrs will say 20% but I’d shoot for 15-17% off before rebates.
