I think it’s important to realize that not all cars are possible for a 1% msrp deal. No clue if this is a good deal for an RS5 or not but I do know that these typically do not lease well. A 1% deal isn’t realistic on this car. ---

this is a good deal for an RS5, wouldnt buy price be 87150 - 2125 - 3000 - 4500 - 750 (if loyalty) for a price of like 77.5k? ---

Exactly. I have found in my limited experience that a very good Audi deal hovers around 1.1-1.2% for their “normal” cars. RS5 is a whole nother animal, and even so, this is close to 1.2% ---

The money factor is crazy high on the RS models. This is a really good deal for an RS5. However, I wish the dealer would discount this car more than 6 percent (approx) for a coupe. The sportback version is the one that sells at a premium. Usual leasing I’ve seen for this car is 1100 to 1500 a month. This is a good deal. ---
