I have a dealer willing to sell 2018 Acura MDX Base for $417 plus tax, 36/12 with 1st month down.

MSRP is 47195

Does this sound right? I have until tomorrow to decide.

I used calculator to reverse calc and it seems the sale price is around 40k with .00035 MF and 56% residual.

On the surface, seems like a good deal if it’s truly just 1st month DAS. Certainly according to the 1% rule…

Looks like a good deal, but are you sure they aren’t tacking on doc fees, etc.? Even with those, this would still be a great deal.
