2018 A4 Premium

Hi All,

Looking for your input on the deal my friend received. I know…they don’t lease well but thought this wasn’t TERRIBLE for the first go around. Appreciate the help.

MSRP: $39,425
Selling Price: Need help understanding the screen shot. Would it be the $37,179.80?
Discount: TBD on what the sales prices is from the screen shot
Rebates: $0
RV: 55%
MF: .00081 (waiting to see back on Edmunds if this is the base - dealer said it is)
Months: 36
Annual Mileage: 10K
Security Deposit: $0
Total Due At Signing: $2,000 (noticed they have $493.33 cap cost reduction built into this)
Monthly Payment: $439 (with 7% tax)

Sale price according to this is 33,595, and then they are adding in the your acquisition fee of 895 and down payment of 493.33 to get a cap cost of 34,806. When I plug in the MF and Residual in the calculator with 7% tax, I get a monthly payment of $412 (includes tax) and roughly $1400 due at signing. Some of the fees they are charging you, I’ve never seen before. There should be a doc fee + registration + tax. They are probably recouping the sale price with all the fees and down payment.

Look at edmunds for the current lease incentives. Aim for at least 6% off MSRP (good for Audi) not including the incentives. The incentives are icing. Don’t put any money down. Only pay startups (not including Acquisition fee). Make sure you roll acq. fee into the lease payments.
