Updated original post. Willing to do hand-over lease as-is without any down or fees. All you need to do is pay the BMW transfer fee of $500 directly to BMW FS.
Can you share the details of your deal? $500 a month? What was due at signing? what incentives did you use?
I put $2k down. I used a loyalty incentive.
When does HOV sticker expire?
The red HOV decals are stated to be valid until January 1, 2022
I think that depends on what you apply for the red stickers. I believe if you apply for the red stickers by the end of this year then it expires January 1, 2021. If after 12/31/2018, then expires 1/1/2022.
