Is the 4k down including the app/transfer or are those separate? You’d also wanna include the down payment in the title as per the forum rules IIRC

with 4k down its not 150 a month … its $200 extra per month just to cover down payment for remaining term … :smiley:

Either way, seems close to $340 before tax for a fairly base 330i. Don’t think that’s a good deal at all specially considering the recent blowout.

Title is definitely misleading if not updated. Why not write $1 per month with $7k down?

Marketplace titles are now limited to 120 characters for ease of reading. Titles cannot be edited after 90 days; create a new topic if this is an issue. Titles that include a monthly payment should also include the amount due at signing.

Sorry I don’t think that’s how the forum works here. Everyone is free to comment on a good/bad deal. Specially one that is misleading when looking at the title. For an industry folk this seems straight out of the dealership sleaze tactics book.

Not everyone is qualified for loyalty and grad and all those incentives. For those new to BMW lease, $350 is better than anything they can get close.

This is basically $385/month. Spread the $4500 out over 20 months since BMW can’t transfer it in one day. Add 7% sales tax to the $150. Not saying it’s a horrible deal, but hardly anything to get excited about.

So? Don’t dream about someone hand over $150 unicorn deal to you for free. Op either paid down or put effort to negotiate and reach this number. Anything below 0.8% of MSRP of 2018 3 series will be sold in a snap. Whales here set up a high threshold and many of us forget 1% is already a good deal for the general public.

Edit: I used to lease a 2018 320 with $190 monthly payment. I transferred it to my friend for effective $340 and my friend was extremely happy. The best he can get was 1% ~430 after months of negotiation and being fooled around by dealers at that time. It’s a free market.

Yup just transferred a 320iX (44k msrp) for 282 per month and 900 at signing plus transfer fee 19 months left 900 miles per month so this will transfer

There were literally people willing to pay more but had to get rid of in a hurry

Will you give your friend your unicorn deal that you have negotiated for two months and drove two hours to attend OL code event for free? Sorry I have a family to raise too and my friend knows all the details of how much I made from the transfer. He proposed to take over my lease and we found a mid point based on swapalease similar quotes. After that I had to find another deal and attend another OL event which takes time and effort. He’s not qualified for any incentives atm and the best he could get was $~450 so he was happy and grateful, not like some trolls trying to judge like a vigilante.
