Negotiated purchase price down to $25,000 knowing that lease cash was $4,500 for the Wolfsburg trim. Rolled all taxes and fees (acq. $595, doc fee $250, registration fee about $80, taxes about $700) into the monthly payments - adjusted cap cost was $26,682.

I signed the lease contract at $307 per month and had the dealer make the first month payment so it was a true $0 sign and drive. Afterwards, I realized that they marked up the money factor on me - should’ve been .00001 with Tier 1 credit, but they marked it up to .000427. This means that payment should be $289/mth.

I emailed the sales manager and to my surprise, he claimed they made a mistake and is allowing me to come in to redo the contract with the correct, non-marked up MF.
