2017 Volvo XC90 FWD Loaner

Hello there just came out of a dealer with a quote on a loaner with 4700 miles on it. Just wanted to get your 2cents on this.
Wouldn’t give me a screen capture unfortunately.

Check out @nyclife’s insight on loaners. You may be better off with a new one
2018 Volvo S90 T6 Ins at $513 for 36/10, 0 Down - Deal Or No Deal?

Sorry @Ursus

Not on the XC90, go for a loaner. Loaner Rebate > A-Plan. It will save you about 1350

Ah, yeah. There is no 3k A plan. Still, good reading on Volvo loaners :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks guys, however the pricing still sucks and with the residual being lower on a loaner.
Here is what Michael gave me from Edmunds

That is correct for 36/12 54%; 63% for 24/12

$3000 Volvo allowance

What’s the MF and why the tax is $3,200? What state are you in?

I’m in CA Orange County 7.75%.

You get good discount - 14% (10% new + 4% equivalent of their $2.1K loaner cash). Not sure why they list tax on the full price. I get $507/mo incl. tax and mileage penalty at 20 cents/mile (not sure, maybe it’s 25 cents) with $0 down. You can put 10 MSD down to lower MF to 0.00044 and $468/mo.
Edit: It actually probably lower - I calculated mileage penalty on the full 4,758 miles, but it maybe over certain number, like MB over 3K miles.

Thank you Ursus for your help. This numbers look a lot better lol
