2017 SH-AWD Acura MDX terms

Not thrilled with the terms, SP ought to come down by $500-$1,500.

anyone get a better offer out there? ideas on what I may be able to get this down to?

thanks!

They don’t currently lease well but here is a post for some guidance

New numbers.

2017 MDX AWD BASE
MSRP $47,025
residual 59%
selling price $ 41370 ( included Roof Rails not Cross Bar)
MF .00077
36 months and 12,000 miles
$2000 down ( covers 1st payment and DMV fees)
$ 463 including CA tax

We’re also looking at the QX60 AWD premium as everyone here seems so hot on them, but what they offered didn’t seem to justify the hype:

36k/12 mo
Msrp: 47910
Sp: 42748
Rv: 57%
Mf: .00103
Cash: 2,000
Payment: 535 (Inc ca tax)

With the qx60 you should be able to get selling price down to 15-17% off MSRP. (You are at 11% now). That should drop price another 50-70 per month. Then pay 9 refundable MSDs and drop the monthly into the $400 range. Also, not sure what the $2k was for, but don’t use it as a downpayment or CCR.

My sister in law is looking to lease an MDX, did you end up getting it dinnyin? Edit: We live in California as well, what dealership was this from? Thanks!

Yes, we did. Got another ~1k off sale and they bought the existing lease out so effectively forgave the 2 outstanding payments and all overage miles. $450/month w/ tax.

What dealer is this from?

It was The one in Thousand Oaks.

What lease did they out? Did they try to make you make the remaining payments or roll the remainming payments into your new payments?

They bought out our 2014 lease that had 3 payments left and was 7,000 miles over. We did not make payments or roll them over into the new lease.
