Thanks for this posting. Re. Tip 1, once you get the stock number, how do you find out how long it’s been in dealer inventory?
I believe my dealer assigns stock numbers in increasing order as newer cars hit the lot. So 18500 is newer than 18499. The lower the number, the more likely they’ll accept a bigger discount. Definitely ask your dealer!

CPO do not get the $500 rebate. You have to print out the new car form, but the dealer will be able to apply it to the loaner. For this program, loaners are considered as “new”.
