2017 MDX SH AWD 0 down 449 per month

Just got a deal on an Acura MDX SH AWD (Base)

36/12k
0 down (still have inception costs-apprx 900 drive off including 1st payment)
449 per month.

MF .0005 RV 57%

This monthly is slightly higher than their special but that requires 2499 down + inception costs.

I know these don’t lease great but I feel like this deal isn’t a huge rip off for the vehicle I wanted

Can you post the details please.

He’s still working up the quote to send me but other than the above I don’t have much more info. Selling price will be somewhere around 41,300.00 down from 47,025.00 but I still have to get the final quote.

Ok got the quote.

2017 SH AWD MDX
MSRP [47,025.00]
Adj Cap [40,696.28]
36/12
MF .00018 (0.4) (after putting into an MF calculator*
RV 57 % [26,804.25]
Base Monthly [419.63] including taxes [449.00]

Due at signing [1,000.00] includes 1st payment

*There is no MF on the quote. initially I was told MF would be .0005 but I put the numbers into an MF calculator and it came back at .00018

After the rent charge and disposition fee I feel like they are making a couple grand off me because my total payments are 17065.00 including dispo fee. The difference between my total payments and what the actual RV is is about 2,800.00

What incentives are there on the mdx? What did you qualify for in your quote?

No they are right. Money factor is 0.0005. That works out to ~419. Not .00018. If it was 0.00018, then your base would be ~$398

No incentives besides the discount. 47k down to 40k was a decent discount in my estimation.

My experience with buying vehicles is that the deeper the discount the less willing they are to accommodate for specials/extra discounts, but i’m not all that experienced.

I qualify for the top tier credit. (1.2% - .0005)
