2017 Maserati Ghibli Base - Best Deal April '17

Hi, I am new to this forum and this is my first post.

I learned of this site as I am seeking to lease a 2017 Ghibli.

I wanted to share my best deal and hope the community has advice regarding SoCal dealers.

36 month/10k miles per year
MSRP $75613
Sale price $61138
Money rate .00027
Residual .52
Drive off $1500

Money rate and residual appear unchangeable. I have read other posts with what appears to be better discounts off MSRP, but I am not making progress beyond what I got above.

I am aware of certain incentives of up to $4500 for a competitive lease, but I don’t qualify as I don’t lease one of the listed brands.

I need to get another $4k more in discount. Dealers are telling me they can’t do that on a lease transaction.

I would greatly appreciate your advice!

How much is monthly payment after all that?

Based on what? Keep in mind that if you’re comparing this to the absolute best deals shared in this site, you may not be able to get them. Those represent pulling the trigger at the best possible time with a dealer who is in the position where that price makes sense. You can’t just come back 3 months later and expect to get the same discount.

Can I ask more generally what you’re looking for in your deal? Are you hoping to match/beat the best deals, or are you just hoping to get the best possible deal right now? I ask because if those deals arent doable now, you may need to exercise some patience. It helps to understand if you want/need to sign a deal this month. Cheers.

Hi, thanks for the feedback.
My monthly payment on the above would be $642 (w/o tax).
I was hoping (maybe dreaming…) to get my payment into the $500ish range, without adding more money down.
I am month to month on a Toyota lease. I was hoping to close a deal by end of April, but do have flexibility to keep extending my current lease through August.
One question I have: If I say I am buying I can get quotes for $17-18K off MSRP, but if I lease no… Why not?
