Hi all. Working with a dealership today and have been offered the following
2017 Lexus RX350 FWD $52619 MSRP (almost fully loaded model)
Selling price $46441
MF .0002
Residual 56%
$403 license; $80 doc; $8 CA tire; $29 CA electronic registration fee
7.75% sales tax
$1068 due at signing
said the customer cash is only $2000
Total lease $496 including tax
He’ll take off another $280 more if I also put $280 towards the deal to make the monthly $476
Does this sound like a good deal? I can not get to the $438+ tax that was referenced in another thread.
You are getting 12% off. That is pretty good. I had a dealer go 13% off when pushed to compete against an auto broker. Either way at $476 you are $6.00 off of what the other poster paid, so $216 over the life of the lease. Not enough to stress about if your happy with the car, options and colors.
No way a $52k model is nearly fully loaded. Fully loaded is closer to $60K+.
I don’t think this is a good deal. My total lease cost is less than yours and I got a $59k F-Sport. I pay $498/month including tax for 36/12k and drive-off was $231 (plus $4500 in MSD).
Does your sales price already include the $2k rebate? You can also wait for the LA Autoshow in 2 weeks. Highly likely they will have $1k certificates as in years past.
Hi. No the sales price did not include the $2000 holiday cash. Not sure if I would be able to attend the auto show as I am going to be out of town for work. Thanks.
That’s insane compared to what I’ve been quoted so far. 6k off (before incentive) MSRP of 56k…but car ended up being a demo with 1300 miles. Local dealer would go no more then 7% off MSRP and one I’m working now in CLT is saying 9% off MSRP is a steal and that fsports in AWD are rare with super low inventory. I’d rather him tell me to pound sand vs bullshitting me. Ugh.
F-Sports are more rare and usually discounts aren’t as high as the regular models. When I got mine back then, RV and MF was was much higher, but I used MSDs to reduce the MF a bit.
