Looks like the lease cash for RX went up to $2000 for July, I think it’s a good time to get it now, unless you want to hold off until it’s 30$ cheaper per month (approx ~additional 1k discount). I doubt it will be alot cheaper comes Dec, but I could be wrong. Still a newbie in leasing too =)

In NYC tri-state area it’s $1800. You can take a look at Lexus Edison’s site. For such a shitty dealership, they really put out the incentives.
Offer already includes $1,800 in Lease Cash incentives applied as a capitalized cost reduction.

What’s the July MF and residual on the RX350 on a 36/12 lease?
is it the same as it was in June (MF=0.0008, Residual=61%)?

Also, is 12% discount on MSRP a good discount on RX ? I have seen posts here around 12%-16% discount on MSRP for RX350’s. Planning to sign a lease today, dealer gave 12% discount on base RX(MSRP 45k)
I have been told by a dealer that it is 58% for 36/12k and same MF of 0.0008
