Received the following quote from a 2017 Lexus IS350 F-Sport with Mark Levison.

The Sales Price seemed very high. Do I have any wiggle room.

Honestly I dont want to pay more then 400 a month + 0 down (besides tax/fees) and 9 MSD’s.

You gotta do your homework bud… don’t speculate that the dealer is giving you a higher sales price without proof. Go on Edmunds, Kelly BB, TrueCar (<-- honestly wouldn’t bank on this last one here) and see what other people are paying out the door.
