Your offers in the “marketplace” are like you’re sending a text to someone, there is a clear outline to post deals being offered. And you should have registered as broker thru the forum. It’s really simple business etiquette on how you speak to people, we can’t teach you you this.
I don’t get the ball busting this post got derailed within the opening minutes. Plenty of brokers come here and straight up post deals and contribute nothing else, some even say not to contact them unless you’re ready to pull the trigger.
