I received a quote from a FL Dealer:

FWD, Prem, Prem Plus, Drivers assist, and Theatre
MSRP: $54,380
SELLING PRICE: $47,426 (Had to use VPP for this price, $48.4K without)
DOWN PAYMENT: $0
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $0
RESIDUAL: 58%
Money Factor:.00113
DRIVE OFF: $1,758 (First month payment, plate, acquisition)
TERM: 39 months/10,000
MONTHLY PAYMENT: $534 before tax

(Doc fee and taxes are all rolled into the lease, totalling 1K)

I saw a post that we can get closer to 20% off MSRP without VPP. Is that realistic? Is this a good deal?

You are getting a Q60 (coupe) and the OP got a QX60 (SUV). Totally different deals.

I spent a fair amount of time hacking a qx60 deal in NC last week and no one came close to 20% off MSRP. The closest I got was 15% off from a dealer in MD and would have bought but the offer came after I was driving back to NC. Every single dealer said their financials were different on purchase vs lease and the NC dealers topped out at about 10% off on a lease.
