The fact that a lease broker including the commission he makes on the sale can get this car for 385 odd means there is enough factory support this month and that the dealers would want to move this vehicle.

I see no reason that some other dealer with a similar car in stock would not match it. Just check other dealers with the highest inventory and suggest this is the best number you would pay on a particular stock # and I am sure there will be some traction.

This time of the month is a great time to give your absolute best number offering to put a credit card deposit and pickup of vehicle before end of the month.

Im sorry, but you are advertising a car that you don’t have, which is classically known as the ā€œbait and switch.ā€ I really think you should be honest to the people on these forums and publish prices on a car you actually have. You can do what you’re doing on other mediums. Here at leasehackr I think all brokers/dealers etc (including myself) should strive for transparency in pricing (one of the reasons I charge a flat fee and don’t take anything from the dealer like @benedetto but that’s besides the point). I understand everyone has to make a living and feed their families but no one should do that at the cost of knowingly being deceptive in pricing and taking from another household.

PS. you shouldn’t use two different accounts to promote your business

I was being sarcastic… We are on the same side here.

I think the challenge I’ve always had w/ the old broker system is two fold…

1), They always say they ā€˜rock bottom pricing’ or use ā€˜fleet’ - when it’s well, bullshit.
Fleet deals are usually garbage and don’t count for volume when a dealer sells it. They have zero incentive to sell it for anywhere near the ā€˜count’ unit would.

2). There is zero transparency on these deals. I once upon a time billed the dealer for my fee and it was horrendous. I didn’t have the flexibility of finding an actual deal nor did I have the opportunity to cross sell, i that is what a client of mine wanted.

I’ve scooped a ton of business off this forum and it comes down to the fact that every time I post, I’m looking to add value and not push my services. I might have a marketplace thread up but the best tool has been ā€˜content’. I, much like many of you, enjoy finding deals.

@Precisionautoleasing might get further is he disclosed what he was making per deal and if he came to add value to the forum from time to time. Currently, all he does it post deals that he isn’t even updating.

I hope you get it right - I want everyone to succeed.

Sorry I don’t sit on forums all days and reply I put my number on the post so if your serious about a car you can call/text me not complain like some of these people. The base model were available for 2 days.

Talk all you want still not going to change anything. I can honestly care less about making $200-$300 on a deal, besides some other brokers in Nyc area who are making over $1,000+ per deal I do it out of courteous.
