This is the best I was able to get. How much more room do I have to negotiate? Also the May rebate is only $350. Does it makes sense to wait until the end of June to negotiate further or is now the better time to do so.

Huh. Apparently Civics don’t lease well. You could probably find yourself in the driver’s seat of a Sonata or Malibu for less than that.
