2017 Grand Cherokee Limited/2016 4Runner Lease Lease (or 2016 if available) - Long Island

Narrowed down my choices to either the 2016 Toyota 4Runner SR5 or the 2017 (or 2016 if available) Jeep Grand Cherokee.

First for the Toyota through Teacher’s Federal Credit Union
MSRP : 37598
Sale Price : 35800 (approx, had to do some reverse engineering) (about 5% off)
Incentives : 500
Acq Fee : 650 (estimated from Toyota)
Residual : 71%
MF : .00125
Doc Fee : 75
Sales Tax : 8.625%
Rolled in all fees and taxes so drive off is only first month plus DMV
Monthly : 369

Second for the Jeep through Teacher’s Federal Credit Union
MSRP : 41785
Sale Price : Yet to be discussed
Incentives : 6750
Acq Fee : 795 (estimated from Chrysler)
Residual : 57%
MF : .00125
Doc Fee : 75
Sales tax : 8.625%
Want to roll in all fees and taxes so drive off is only first month plus DMV
To get monthly at same number I need to get the sales price at 38775 (about 7% off which shouldn’t be a problem at all on a Jeep).

Where should I go with the 4 Runner negotiations and where should I go for the Jeep negotiations.

Also NY13 can you PM me the LI dealer you had for Jeep?
Also a guy Jason_B said he got his for 15% off MSRP which sounds amazing.
Finally JRecktenwald got 11% off but sales tax is different so he may be in another area of NY.
