This is with 3 security deposits. $3,580 due at signing including the deposits and driveoff.

Is it possible to negotiate?

This is just my opinion. You could push for sales price to gi lower and maybe understand some of the fees they adding. Maybe someone could chime in but do a research what a new one is going for and go from there.
