2017 F-Type R Lease hot or not?

First post here, have been lurking for a while, though.

I am losing my mind… Snag a 2017 while there are a few left or wait for 2018s to have sweet deals like the 17’s did back then?

I can’t seem to make the numbers work on several 17’s that I’ve looked up, certified pre-owned or new.

Here is the best deal I have gotten believe it or not in the last 2 months on a 17, if you can even call it a “deal”. What are your guys opinion? Still working with the dealer via email.

Model: 2017 f-type R (NEW)
MSRP: $108,327
Now: $98,000
Rebates: $3500, but then after I showed them my '17 jag XJ, they only took the rebates to $5000. seems odd, wouldn’t I quality for loyalty program? I kept asking them about it but they wouldn’t budge.

Sale price: 93,000
Residual: 58,067
MF: .00001
Down payment: 1,000
Term: 36mo
Miles: 7500

Monthly payment: 996 plus tax

That’s an abysmal discount off MSRP. Don’t even humor signing for that.

Assuming R AWD Coupe, they’re giving you basically NO dealer discount. Below is pasted from autobytel, I believe you can stack all except for the ATS Retailer Cash, I don’t know what that is, anyone else?

R AWD Coupe $11,000 Bonus Cash (Exclusive Owner Loyalty Program - Subvened Lease and APR)
R AWD Coupe $2,000 Bonus Cash (Bonus Credit)
R AWD Coupe $20,000 Dealer Cash (ATS Retailer Cash)
R AWD Coupe $7,500 Dealer Cash (F-Type Dealer Cash)
R AWD Coupe $5,900 Dealer Cash (Lease Cash)

Thanks. This dealer just keeps ignoring programs when I bring them up. I will try another dealer or just wait for 2018’s I guess.
